Science, snakes and the super serum

Snakes. Not many of us like them. If I saw one, I would probably run a mile whilst screaming my head off! But…what if I told you that the snake is the inspiration behind one of the biggest beauty break-throughs?

Snake venom is thought to be a super ingredient and skinChemists have taken full advantage of the benefits that it can bring. As a result, they have created a best-seller product.
Their Wrinkle Killer Snake Serum is another amazing breakthrough in the quest for younger looking skin and has become a firm favourite with celebrities.

With the likes of Tulisa and Stefano Gabbana (one half of designer duo Dolce & Gabbana) being fans of the product, what is it about snake venom that makes it a super serum?

The key ingredient, Syn-Ake, has been developed to mimic the venom of the Temple Viper Snake. It works to gently relax muscle contractions, without affecting the ability to show expression, and so diminishes the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Dubbed “botox in a bottle”, skinChemists Wrinkle Killer Snake Serum has had amazing reviews with many people saying they noticed an instant lifting effect have seen an improvement in the appearance of their wrinkles.

Results from a subjective trial over a 28-day period using Wrinkle Killer Snake Serum on 57 participants found that:
96% (55) participants agreed that the Wrinkle Killer Serum made their skin feel softer
88% (50) participants agreed that the Wrinkle Killer Serum made their fine lines appear reduced
86% (49) participants agreed that the Wrinkle Killer Serum made their skin feel firmer
82% (47) participants agreed that the Wrinkle Killer Serum made their skin look more radiant

The success of the serum has led to the development of a whole range which includes moisturisers, eye serums and even a blemish treatment.

One thing that is really important for me, is that skinChemists products are cruelty free. No snakes are harmed in the making of this product as the ingredient has been created to mimic the effects of snake venom! Phew!
I’m far off from ever having a snake as a pet…however, I’d certainly consider trying the wrinkle killer snake venom serum.

Have you tried the Wrinkle Killer Snake Venom Serum? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
